Arnica is a plant found in the Okanagan that I harvest from our property. The oil is produced by macerating the plant’s yellow flowers, I use organic cold pressed olive oil for my extractions.
Arnica oil extract is traditionally used in herbal medicine’s to help relieve pain and inflammation of muscles and joints (e.g. sprains, bruises and joint pain). Pain relief and anti-inflammatory, another must have at home.
